Please refer to the expiration date printed on the product label for information.

All our products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

Yes, we do recommend keeping the opened bottles in a refrigerator to ensure freshness.

What are your delivery options?

Delivery is free to a single location within Singapore for orders above SGD30.  Otherwise, delivery is a flat fee of $4 with no minimum purchase. Please note that we are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as Jurong Island and army bases.

What if my items arrive damaged?

Thank you for purchasing our products. If our products arrive damaged in any way, please contact us right away. We have a 14-days exchange policy, where the exchanging of products are only eligible within 14 days from receiving the product(s). Please note that request of exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You will be guided through the exchange process once your request has been accepted.
